N. Omirserikuly was born in 1985 in Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2005 he graduated from the Kazakh national University. Al-Farabi majored in Economics, in 2007 - Kazakh humanitarian law University majoring in Jurisprudence.
