The Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Budget for 2021-2023" (signed by the Head of State on 05/25/2021) provides for the allocation of 22.5 billion tenge for financing (microcredit) graduates of the Bastau Business project through microfinance organizations with the participation of NCE and Local executive bodies.

The operator of the allocated 22.5 billion tenge for financing MFIs is JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation). The Central office of the Corporation informed the branch in Shymkent that, as part of the budget allocation under the specified program, the amount of 1,500,000,000 (one billion five hundred million) tenge should be allocated for microfinance graduates of the Bastau Business project in Shymkent.

A Framework agreement No. 1288-YUKF-MFO and No. 1393-YUKF-MFO-DKZ on the opening of a credit line for a total amount of 1,478,000,000 (one billion four hundred seventy-eight million) was concluded between JSC "Agricultural Credit Corporation" Shymkent and the Limited Liability Partnership "Microfinance Organization Shymkent-Atameken" tenge, for a period up to 02/23/2032 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

Limited Liability Partnership "Shymkent-Atameken Microfinance Organization" - (hereinafter - MFO). The MFO carries out its activities in accordance with the approved Charter.

Since October 2021, 97 loans have been issued to MFIs totaling 1,024,383,000 (one billion twenty-four million three hundred eighty-three thousand) tenge, as well as 18 approved projects of MFIs, totaling 251,479,000 (two hundred fifty-one million four hundred seventy-nine thousand) tenge, are under consideration by the ACC.

As of the current date, the balance of the allocated ACC amount in the amount of 202,138,000 (two hundred two million one hundred and thirty-eight thousand) tenge is planned to be issued by the end of 2022.
