THE MAIN THING ABOUT THE “SHYMKENT-ATAMEKEN” MFO”

As part of the instructions of the Head of State on the need to review the instruments of the state program "Enbek" and the development of microfinance, given on 01/26/2021. During an expanded meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamin A.U., on 01/22/2021, it was instructed to create microfinance organizations (hereinafter - MFIs) in the regions of the country, including in the city of Shymkent, with the participation of NCE – 51%, MIO – 49%.

In pursuance of the Protocol instruction of Mamin A.U. dated 01/22/2021, Deputy Akim of Shymkent A.Sattibaev on 02/03/2021 was instructed to create an MFO with a share in the authorized capital of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent – 51%, JSC "SEC "Shymkent" – 49%.

On 04/27/2021, the state registration of a Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter – MFO, Partnership) with the participation of JSC "Shymkent SEC" in the authorized capital of the MFO was carried out, and the participation of the Shymkent Chamber of Entrepreneurs in the authorized capital of the MFO was 51%. 05/11/2021. The Partnership was granted a license to carry out microfinance activities on May 11, 2021, for No. 17.21.0018.M. to engage in activities – the activities of a microfinance organization.

As of the current date, the MFO is working to attract financing jointly with JSC "SEC "Shymkent" through the Akimat of Shymkent city, to obtain financing through JSC ACC for borrowed funds under previously concluded agreements with JSC ACC in the amount of 500,000,000 tenge.
