Applications are accepted from August 16 to September 15, 2022.

Applications for participation are accepted at the address: Shymkent, Erimbetova str. 304g, Government for Business – Shymkent Invest front office, phone for inquiries: +7 (7252) 39-11-77. Applications (tender application) are accepted until 17:30 on September 15, 2022. Business entities can participate in the competition.

The application for participation in the Competition is submitted by the participant in a sealed envelope. The envelope must contain: information about the participant (business entity), contact details, and the date of submission. The application for participation in the Competition consists of the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition, according to appendix 2 of the tender documentation;

2) a copy of the identity document of the applicant or representative by proxy;

3) a copy of the document certifying the form of the organization (individual entrepreneur and peasant farm – certificate / coupon of registration, legal entity – certificate of state registration (re-registration));

4) a copy of the draft design or a photo of a non-stationary commercial facility;

5) copies of documents confirming the information specified in the application (copies of contracts, information on the availability of land for agricultural production, etc.);

6) a certificate from the tax authority on the absence (presence) of tax arrears.

In case of participation, applications for several places are submitted, the application for each place is provided separately. The organizer of the Competition is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of information and information contained in applications for participation in the Competition in its closed form, before opening envelopes at a meeting of the competition commission. The Participant has the right to change or withdraw the application for participation in the Competition before the deadline for submitting applications.

All applications received after the deadline for submitting applications are rejected and returned to the persons who submitted them. The tender documentation is available for review in electronic form on the official website https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/shymkent?lang=kk . The results of the competition will be published on the official website of the Akimat of Shymkent https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/shymkent?lang=kk . within 10 working days after the meeting of the competition commission.
