Compliance Service


The main mission of the Compliance Service is to ensure that the organization and its employees comply with the anti–corruption legislation.


The main functions of the Compliance Service are anti-corruption, prevention of conflicts of interest, consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on the facts of violations of the requirements of the Code of Business Ethics, corruption and other illegal actions.

General information about the Compliance Service

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V SAM "On Combating Corruption", structural units performing the functions of anti-corruption compliance services are defined in quasi-public sector entities, whose main task is to ensure compliance by the relevant organization and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption.

The Anti-corruption Compliance Service of JSC "Shymkent Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation" exercises its powers independently of the executive body, officials of the Company and is accountable to the Board of Directors.

The organization and procedure of the compliance service of JSC "Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation " Shymkent" are determined by internal regulatory documents, the Unified Regulation on Anti-corruption services in quasi-public sector Entities, as well as the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V of the SAM "On Combating Corruption".

The purpose of the anti-corruption compliance service of JSC "Shymkent Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation" is aimed at preventing corruption, including minimizing the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses.
