«MC «SHYMKENT BUS» LLP

The partnership consists of three participants in the following shares:

In order to organize and carry out regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in the city of Shymkent, the Company together with individuals.Togysbaev A.N. and Tazhibekov B.P. established a Limited Liability Partnership "Shymkent Bus Management Company" (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), with the following share of participation between the founders:

  • The contribution of JSC "Shymkent SEC" (hereinafter - the Company) is 73 500 000 (seventy three million five hundred thousand) tenge, which is 42.3% of the total authorized capital of the Partnership;
  • The contribution of Togysbayev A.N. is 73 500 000 (seventy three million five hundred thousand) tenge, which is 42.3% of the total authorized capital of the Partnership;
  • The contribution of B.P. Tazhibekov is 26,500 000 (twenty-six million five hundred thousand) tenge, which is 15.2% of the total authorized capital of the Partnership.

The purpose of the project

The implementation of regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in the city of Shymkent.

The staff of the Partnership is 1,320 people, including:

• AUP - 34 people;
• PTO and technical staff - 196;
• Drivers - 790;
• Conductors - 300.

There are 540 buses on the balance sheet, of which:

300 Ankai buses (192 buses leave the line daily, 108 buses are idle);
240 Yutong brand buses (134 buses are involved, 106 buses are idle);
Route 32 is served by a bus fleet;
27 routes are socially significant (9 routes and 18 routes are subsidized by Yutong);
