By the decision of the Board of Directors Akhmetzhanov Daniyar Azmukhanbetovich was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “SEC” Shymkent”.

Daniyar Azmukhanbetovich was born on June 2, 1983 in the village of Akzhar, Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan region.
Graduate of Semipalatinsk College of Finance and Economics and Semipalatinsk State University, majoring in Customs Inspector, Accounting and Audit, Master of Accounting and Audit.
Prior to public service, he was engaged in individual entrepreneurship. From 2006-2010, he held grassroots and senior positions in the central office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of accounting and audit methodology, public procurement and state financial control. In 2012, Chief Inspector, Head of the sector of analysis and planning of control measures of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the republican Budget. From 2010-2011, as well as from 2013-2022, he worked in grassroots and senior positions in the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including from 2017-2019, Deputy Head of the Economic Department of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2016-2020, Public adviser to the Head of the Association “International Secretariat of G-Global”.
From December 2022 until his appointment, he worked as an adviser to the akim of Shymkent on economic issues.
