The project "Renovation of the Shymkent bus fleet"

  • The analysis was carried out and the conclusion of the tax consultant on the secondary financial leasing transaction was obtained;
  • The share of the LLP participants is expected to be added “Shymkent Bus Management Company until April 25, 2022 in the amount of 95 million tenge.;
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of financial obligations by Carriers to the Industrial Development Fund;
  • Fulfillment of obligations by Carriers under Loan Agreements to the Company;

Bus assets of the company

In 2018-2020, as part of the project “Renovation of the Shymkent city bus Fleet” The Company purchased 890 units of Anaki (300) and Yutong (590) buses of domestic production.

Currently, all of the above buses have been transferred to secondary leasing to the following private Carriers of the city of Shymkent:

  • LLP “Shymkent Bus Management Company - 540 units of buses;
  • Turkestan Transport Company LLP - 250 bus units;
  • Raduga-Transport LLP - 100 units of buses.

To date, 58 city routes are served by the above-mentioned buses.

Sale of apartments

THE WORK DONE IN 2020:

In 2020, Shymkent SEC JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company), together with its Developer Partners, completed the construction of 24 residential buildings built with credit funds issued by JSC IO Baspana:

  • “New City” residential complex (8 houses, 476 apartments);
  • “Asar-2” residential complex (10 houses, 300 apartments);
  • “Turan” residential complex (6 houses, 240 apartments).

Also, in order to provide housing for the victims of the fire, the Company, together with Otau Stroy LLP, built a five-story apartment building in the place of the burned-down dormitory in 2019, on the streetVodopyanova, 1A.

In order to sell the Company's assets in the form of apartments, the Company has organized a real estate sales department. To speed up sales processes and customer convenience, bank employees, a notary and an appraisal company are involved.

By the end of 2020, the Company sold 964 apartments, totaling 13.824 billion tenge of them:

  • 360 apartments have been sold to a private developer, for further sale to the Akimat of Shymkent, in order to provide rental housing for working youth, socially vulnerable segments of the population and large families.
  • 42 apartments were sold to the Company's Developer Partners, who in turn provided housing for the victims of the fire.
  • 570 families have purchased housing under the state housing program “7-20-25. New housing acquisition opportunities for each family.”

Since the beginning of the year to date, the Company has sold 110 apartments worth 1.577 billion tenge..

GOALS FOR 2021:

This year, the Company will complete the construction and installation works of 6 residential complexes (25 residential buildings, 1,375 apartments) built jointly with Developer Partners. Of these, the Company owns 910 apartments:

  • “Turan-2” residential complex (53 apartments);
  • "Vostok" Residential complex (56 apartments);
  • “Ak Otau” residential complex (26 apartments);
  • “Ak Ordasy” residential complex (167 apartments);
  • “Damdes Otau” residential complex (314 apartments);
  • “Shymkent Green City” residential complex (294 apartments).

To date, the Company is conducting preparatory work on the launch of apartment sales in the residential complex "Turan-2", residential complex "Vostok", residential complex "Ak Otau", residential complex "Ak Ordasy".

Consequently:

  • A new in-house real estate sales department is being formed (savings in sales costs amount to 7.14 million tenge, almost 52% compared to the sales mechanism, where real estate organizations were involved);
  • A new CRM system is being developed to reduce the routine work of sales staff and improve work efficiency;
  • Valuation services have been purchased, an independent assessment of the Company's real estate is being conducted, which the Company will base on when approving the price of apartments;
  • To familiarize the population of Shymkent with the new residential complexes under construction by the Company and explain the conditions of state mortgage programs, the DUAiPU has created a page on social networks.
