Corporate social development fund «Shymkent - kayyrymdy kala»

By the decision of the Board Meeting No. 04/20 dated January 24, 2020 of JSC "Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Shymkent Corporate Social Development Fund "Shymkent – kayyrymdy kala" was established and registered in the Department justice of the city of Shymkent on February 11, 2020.

Tasks of the KFSR "SHYMKENT – Kayrymdy kala"

By the Decision of the Board Meeting No. 04/20 dated January 24, 2020 of JSC "Socio-entrepreneurial Shymkent Corporation created the Corporate Social Development Fund Shymkent – Kayyrymdy Kala and was registered with the Department of Justice of Shymkent on February 11, 2020.

Types of activities of the Foundation

• Financing of projects in the field of education, namely: construction and/or reconstruction, including modernization of preschool institutions (kindergartens), schools, vocational technical schools/colleges;
• Financing of projects in the field of healthcare, namely: construction and/or reconstruction, including modernization of sanatorium-resort institutions, diagnostic and rehabilitation centers;
• Financing of projects, or assistance in other ways in development, including through the organization of construction, reconstruction of cultural, sports and facilities of social importance;
• Implementation of sponsorship, charitable activities;
• Implementation of other types of activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at achieving the statutory goals;

Sources of income

The sources of the formation of the property of a non-profit organization in monetary and other forms in accordance with legislative acts are:
• proceeds from the founder;
• voluntary property contributions and donations;
• receipts (income) from the sale of goods, works, services in cases established by law;
• dividends (income, remuneration (interest) received on shares, bonds, other securities and deposits (deposits));
• other receipts not prohibited by law;
