Joint-Stock Company “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation” Shymkent» announces the beginning of the acceptance of documents for the tender for the transfer to the trust management of land plots for the placement of objects of street trade and (or) services.

The deadline for accepting applications is from 16.11.2020 to 27.11.2020.

Note:

1. The entrepreneur independently carries out the construction of a street trade object (a pre-erected, non-capital structure or a light temporary structure);

2. The entrepreneur independently carries out the summing up of the engineering infrastructure;

3. The entrepreneur independently enters into contracts with service providers for the utility provision of the object of street trade and (or) services.

To participate in the competition are allowed:

1) individuals who are business entities registered in the city of Shymkent as an individual entrepreneur, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) legal entities that are business entities registered in the city of Shymkent, in the organizational and legal form provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To participate in the competition, you must submit the following documents to the Front Office (Shymkent, Erimbetov Street, 304 G, 1st floor, Zangar Business Center) within 10 working days (from 0900 hours on November 16, 2020 to 1800 hours on November 27, 2020)::

1) Application (the application form is provided by the Front Office staff of Shymkent Invest»);

2) A copy of the applicant’s identity card (for legal entities, an order of appointment to the head of the legal entity is also required);

3) A copy of the certificate/notification / certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur/legal entity with a description of the types of activities;

4) The original of the power of attorney or a notarized copy (if the representative applies);

5) A certificate of the absence of arrears in taxes and other mandatory payments at the time of filing the application;

6) A certificate from the service bank on the availability of funds necessary for the installation of an object of street trade and or services and the passage of licensing procedures (connection to communications) in the amount of at least 1,000,000 (one million) tenge;

7) Business plan of the project;

8) Sketch (draft design) street trade and or services developed by a licensed design organization (the design of the front part of the object, street trading and (or) services is consistent with the event Organizer before signing the Contract);

9) A document certifying the existence of the status of a commodity producer (if any);

10) A document confirming the existence of a franchise (if any).
